• Extended warranty: 13% of the purchase price per year.

Warranty

1 year hardware replacement, including hinges, dampers, lock, and lights.

Delivery

Lead time before shipping is normally 1–2 weeks. During busy seasons, it may extend to 3–4 weeks or longer. Contact us for a current estimate if timing is a concern.

Pickup

On-site pickup is available for all purchases. Pickup address will be emailed when your order is placed.

Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. All delivery times are estimates within the GTA. We pack orders the same day your product is ready.

Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 7-day return and exchange policy. Items must be in original condition — unworn, non-screwed, non-mounted, unused, with all parts and original packaging. Proof of purchase required.

To start a return or exchange, contact us at Jefferay2@gmail.com. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Gift wrapping and service fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Approved refunds are issued within 3–5 business days. A $20 restocking fee applies once the returned item is verified intact.
