Refund policy

• We have a 7-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
• To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, non-screwed, non-mounted or unused, with all parts, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt/order number for proof of purchase.

• Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
• Please note that gift wrapping and service fees are non-refundable.
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. You may drop off the item in person or ship it back using your preferred carrier.
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. A $20 additional restocking fee will be charged once the returned item is checked intact.
